The 2011-2012 budget has been agreed upon and passed by the attending membership. A couple of highlights from the budget include giving more money to the veteran organizations that we partner with. Also, we will be sending a representative to this year's State Convention.

We had another successful Veteran's Day Program at the Hickory Hills City Hall. We were able to use our new rifles for the first time at this event!!

The 2011-2012 membership renewal drive is complete. Despite the losses of outbound transfers and additions in our Post Everlasting, we made our 100% mission with membership renewals and new members!! Many thanks to everyone that assisted the Senior Vice Commander in this task. Without everyone's efforts, we would not have made our goal!!

We still need to focus on adding to our membership, so please keep asking potential individuals about joining our post. I would love to see our post become 100+ strong in members.
